If you’re looking for real and honest reviews on car themed toys and games then you’re in the right spot.

All products and toys I review have been bought and paid for with my own hard earned money.  So they’re real reviews for products that I think are pretty awesome or special in some way.

Whether you’re looking for a birthday, Christmas or special occasion present for a Car Crazy Kid in your life, or, you’re looking for inspiring and creative ways to encourage independent and imaginative play through cars and vehicles then I hope my reviews are useful and helpful.

Watching my Car Crazy Kid, Yagga Yagga play with his cars I am constantly reminded of the rich, imaginative and rewarding play worlds that can be created with cars – in a similar way to little girls and their dolls and doll houses.  I watch him explore and process the stuff that’s on his little mind as his cars interact and talk with each other.  If I asked him what he did today or whether there’s anything that’s worrying him, I’d get a resounding “Nuffink” as my response.  But if I take the time to listen to what his cars are saying to one another and how they’re treating each other I get a sneak peak into how he’s currently feeling, seeing and experiencing the world.

Unfortunately there’s not a lot of really good quality stuff around for car obsessed kids.  There’s a great big deficiency in car or vehicle toys and games around that actively encourage imagination and exploration.

Do you have any favourite or amazing little car toys or car game gems that you’ve stumbled across?  I’d love to hear about them.

Play is often talked about as if it were a relief from serious learning. But for children, play is serious learning. Play is really the work of childhood – Fred Rogers
